WASHINIGTON – Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces it has relocated and expanded its Mid-Atlantic headquarters in Washington, D.C. The firm’s D.C. office departed 1717 K NW after eight years to occupy the full 10th floor at 2000 K Street NW. Transwestern Development Company’s Mid-Atlantic team will co-locate at the Class A trophy office building with TRS in May 2024.

2000 K Street encompasses 233,000 square feet and features panoramic views from floor-to-ceiling windows, a new rooftop terrace, a fitness facility, a conference center, and a tenant lounge. Designed by OTJ Architects and built by DFS Construction, Transwestern’s 20,253-square-foot office space offers an open collaboration area serving diverse uses from one-on-ones to small group gatherings to town hall events.
