MIAMI – Transwestern’s South Florida industrial team today announces it facilitated a long-term lease renewal for approximately 95,000 square feet on behalf of DSV Air & Sea Inc., a global supplier of transport and logistics services, at Beacon Lakes Industrial Park at 12200 NW 25th St., #115, in Miami.
Transwestern’s Managing Director Thomas Kresse, Vice President Carlos Gaviria, and Senior Managing Directors Walter Byrd and Ben Eisenberg represented DSV Air and Sea in the transaction in the Airport West/Doral submarket, which, combined with Medley, accounted for more than three-quarters of Miami-Dade County’s industrial demand at year-end 2017, as well as most of its new construction. Overall vacancy in the county remains among the lowest in the nation at 4.6 percent, according to research by Transwestern.
