Flight to Quality Spurs Leasing Activity at 370,000 SF Trophy High Rise

BETHESDA, MD – Beacon Capital Partners and Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announce the completion of three office leases totaling 78,864 square feet at Avocet Tower, a 370,000-square-foot, 22-story office building at 7373 Wisconsin Avenue in Bethesda, Maryland. The transactions include:

  • Ullico, a privately held insurance and investment solutions provider headquartered in Washington, D.C., leased 30,333 square feet to relocate its Maryland regional office from Silver Spring.
  • Investment firm Arlington Capital Partners. leased 30,333 square feet to expand and move its headquarters from The Wilson at 7272 Wisconsin Ave.
  • DiamondRock Hospitality Company, a publicly traded lodging REIT, increased its office footprint with an 18,198-square-foot lease to relocate from 2 Bethesda Metro Center.
