Mike Shreve

Mike is currently responsible for leading the engineering team of Dynamic One for Beacon Capital Partners and serves as the portfolio chief for Beacon Capital Partners at all Transwestern-managed assets in Houston, Washington DC and Denver. Dynamic One is the premier life science facility comprised of 60% lab/40% office space in TMC's Helix Park Development. Mike implements and executes the life safety, operations, maintenance, financial planning, training of personnel and construction at the site. Mike and his team were directly involved in the commissioning of the asset in 2023 and continues to oversee extensive construction activity onsite.

Mike has been as engineer for 30 years.  He has served as Director of Engineering for 9.5 million square feet. His experience includes construction management, new building start-up and commissioning, property acquisitions and dispositions, budgeting, utility procurement and management, sustainability, Energy Star Portfolio management, LEED and WELL administration, life safety management, creating Engineering SOP's and training of Engineers. Mike has managed portfolio capital planning comprising 400+ projects totaling $73MM. Some of these capital projects included back-of-house and redevelopment projects such as cooling tower rebuilding and replacement, roof replacement, control system upgrades and replacement, chiller and total central plant replacement, air handler retrofits and replacements, rooftop package and split systems replacements, major lighting retrofits and upgrades, fire panel upgrades and replacements, domestic water system retrofits and replacements, repairs and replacement of electrical distribution systems, elevator modernizations, parking garage expansions, lobby restroom renovations, retail buildouts and wayfinding upgrades. Mike also has experience maintaining data center facilities and equipment, including UPS's chilled water systems, air handling units, generators, fire tube boilers, and pre-action and fire suppression systems.
