TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Mark represents owners and tenants in leasing and acquisitions of office properties throughout the Washington, D.C., metro. He negotiates on behalf of his clients and leads them through leasing negotiations and complex real estate transactions by providing strategic planning, market analysis and financial modeling.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Mark has nearly a decade of experience in commercial real estate. He previously served as a financial and market analyst for Transwestern’s Mid-Atlantic Capital Markets Group, where he was responsible for the due diligence, financial analysis and closing of acquisitions and dispositions of office, retail and industrial properties in the Washington, D.C., area.
 
Prior to joining Transwestern in 2010, Mark worked at Cushman & Wakefield in Boston with a Medical and Academic Practice Group, where he was responsible for research, analysis and marketing of medical office buildings.
Some of his clients include Boston Properties, Brookfield Properties, Nuveen, Foulger-Pratt, ASB Real Estate, The JBG Smith, M&T Bank, and Ahold USA Inc.

EDUCATION

Mark earned a Bachelor of Science in economics at the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
