Michael Weiss

Michael Weiss is Vice President-Construction for Perseus TDC, responsible for overseeing pre-construction and construction of new development projects.

Michael has over 18 years of experience managing design and construction of multi-family, office, hospitality, government, retail and mixed-use projects in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Prior to joining Perseus TDC in 2022, Michael was a Development Manager at Lerner Enterprises. He also previously held Senior Design and Construction Management roles at JBG SMITH and Vornado/Charles E. Smith. Before his career in commercial real estate development, Mr. Weiss was a Project Architect at WDG Architecture.

Michael holds a BS in Architecture from the University of Maryland, College Park.
