Jeffrey Dublo

Jeff serves as the Senior Vice President of Construction for Transwestern Development’s Midwest Region based in Chicago, Illinois. Jeff is responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process from pre-development thru project closeout for new land development, build-to-suit and speculative projects.

Jeff joined Transwestern in May 2022. Since joining, Jeff has already assisted in the successful completion of the redevelopment and sale of a 23 acre land parcel in Wood Dale, Illinois, and completion of a 173,000 SF leased industrial building in North Aurora, Illinois. In addition, Jeff played a major role in the development of 39 acres in a new Corporate Center Park located in West Dundee, Illinois which includes a 250,000 SF build-to-suit for Reyes Holdings, LLC, a 255,000 SF speculative industrial building, and the public infrastructure work required for a new development along with a new 34 acre development in Milwaukee, Wisconsin consisting of two speculative industrial buildings totaling 420,000 SF.

 

Prior to joining Transwestern, Jeff worked for Triumph Construction Services Corporation for over 22 years serving the last 17 years as Executive Vice President where he was responsible for the daily operations of a Construction Management, General Contracting, Design-Build and Land Development firm. Jeff started his career working for the Illinois Department of Transportation while attending college. Prior to entering the Contracting industry, Jeff served as a land development design engineer and surveyor for HDC Engineering, Inc. in Champaign, Illinois. Jeff then entered the Contracting industry where he has managed projects ranging from thousands to millions of dollars spanning multiple spectrums of the construction industry from private to public projects including banks, dealerships, distribution, governmental, grocer, industrial, medical, office, pharmaceutical, professional, recreational, religious, retail, restaurant, demolition, land development and infrastructure projects with the most recent successful completion of a 400,000 SF build-to-suit for Project Oak - McKesson Medical-Surgical Inc. Jeff also worked for Glenn H. Johnson Construction Company in Chicago, Illinois and Egyptian Concrete Company in Salem, Illinois where he was a project manager and superintendent for both and worked on Best Buy and Wards stores along with constructing the Tamms Closed Maximum Security Correctional Center in Tamms, Illinois.

Jeff received a Bachelor of Science – Civil Engineering degree from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale.
