Mason has rewarded Transwestern and its clients with a combined and growing agency leasing portfolio of nearly 700,000 square feet through his keen focus and relentless pursuit of attracting and retaining tenants on behalf of the client. Mason commenced this role with a 200,000 square foot 50% occupied distressed office building. Despite the submarket’s position, including -75,000 SF of net absorption and market rates of $21.63 psf, Mason executed 67,114 SF of new leases at an average rate of $22.44 psf. Prior to joining Transwestern, Mason was an associate and financial analyst focusing on sourcing and underwriting principal and investment opportunities. Mason began his commercial real estate career while still in college with a global real estate service provider focusing on occupier solutions and corporate occupier services.
Mason is an active member of Real Estate Council of San Antonio (RECSA) where he serves on Leadership & Development Committee and Government Affairs Committee. With his fundamental real estate background and experience in working with both local small businesses and sophisticated Fortune 500 companies, Mason is able to shape client-specific requirements into efficient real estate solutions.
