SAN ANTONIO – Braun Enterprises and its Agency Leasing advisory firm Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) are pleased to announce that the new location of McIntyre’s USA is open at 90 NE Loop 410 in San Antonio. Located adjacent to the Century Heights office building, the pad site home to the new upscale sports bar, McIntyre’s North Star, was strategically chosen by McIntyre’s USA in collaboration with Braun Enterprises.
McIntyre’s North Star spans 5,000 square feet with an additional 9,000 square feet of covered and uncovered patio space. This is McIntyre’s USA’s second location in Greater San Antonio. The city’s first operation, also opened in collaboration with Braun Enterprises, debuted in December 2022 in Southtown.

Century Heights, a 200,000-square-foot office building located at 84 NE Loop 410, offers tenants a host of both on- and off-site amenities. Following a renovation in 2022, the building now features a lush atrium, lounge and game area, conferencing facilities and a fully stocked tenant break room. Additionally, the property is well-positioned in an amenity-rich corridor with numerous restaurants and retail within walking distance, including Pluckers, Pappadeaux, several hotels and now McIntyre’s.
