As the Senior Director of Data Science and Analytics, Katie leads the efforts of the national team in pioneering data science modeling. Her role involves leveraging advanced data science techniques, including geospatial analysis and prediction modeling, to provide insights into property trends and market analysis. She builds advanced tools showcasing the results of these models. Katie also spearheads the development and enhancement of our client analytics tools that include our portfolio visualization and optimization tool for our tenants. Katie provides analysis to drive data-driven decisions in commercial real estate, making significant contributions to the company's success.

Katie’s journey with Transwestern began in 2011 in the New York City office, where she quickly immersed herself in the dynamic and fast-paced world of commercial real estate. Initially, she provided invaluable design and marketing support to a team of data-driven consultants, gaining a deep understanding of the industry and what motivates tenants' decisions. Katie was responsible for the technical development of various platforms and tools using the consultants’ analysis. This experience ignited her interest in data science, prompting her to pursue further education in the field.

Katie's dedication and drive led her to shift her career within the company, where she has since played a pivotal role in the development of innovative tools and solutions for clients. Her contributions have significantly enhanced the company's capabilities, making her an indispensable resource. Katie earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology and furthered her education at Syracuse University, where she earned a Master of Applied Data Science.
