TRANSWESTERN ROLE

As Executive Vice President of Tenant Advisory Services in the Mid-Atlantic region's Washington, D.C., office, John specializes in advising government affairs, law firms and, associations and is responsible for multi-market accounts.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Prior to joining Transwestern, John served as a senior vice president with Colliers International's Washington, D.C., Occupier Advisory Services Group, where he worked closely with national and local corporate clients, with a focus on law firm services. His clients have included Schiff Hardin, Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, LeClairRyan, Tandem Legal Group, Airlines for America and Rock Creek Global Advisors.
 
In the past five years, he has completed over 300 transactions, including lease restructuring and renewals, new site selections and dispositions of excess space, totaling more than $700 million in total transaction value.
 
Before joining Colliers International, he worked on the Corporate Real Estate Services team at GVA Advantis and was an assistant with First Washington Realty's property management group.

EDUCATION

John earned a bachelor's degree in sociology and anthropology from Ohio Wesleyan University, and is a graduate of Gonzaga College High School in Washington, D.C.
