Joe Myers

As the Senior Designer, Multimedia Specialist and Photographer at Transwestern’s Chicago office, Joe helps maintain and develop the company brand identity and the brand identities for the properties it manages and leases. Joe also designs presentations, posters, fliers, web banners, social media assets, property newsletters, brochures, and various other promotional materials. As a photographer, Joe is responsible for photographing and editing images of properties, taking corporate headshots, and covering company and building events. As a multimedia specialist, Joe edits video and audio and creates motion graphics.

Before joining Transwestern, Joe was employed by MB Real Estate, where he modernized and improved the company’s photography and video capabilities. He improved pitch decks for proposals and created social media images and materials for marketing campaigns that elevated tenant engagement at Chicago assets. Some of the assets Joe worked with included Maggie Daley Park, 181 West Madison, the Richard J. Daley Center, and the Chicago Cultural Center.

Joe earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual Communication at Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, Illinois.
