His landlord clients have included AEW, Alecta, AmeriVest, Archon Group, Barings, Blackrock, Broe Companies, Chase Bank, Commonwealth REIT, Connecticut Mutual, Cornerstone Advisers, Crescent, Dana Investments, DPC Companies, Greenwood Plaza Partners, Henderson Investment, Koll Companies, MONY, Northridge Capital, Northwood Investors, Parmenter Realty Partners, Prudential Real Estate, SKB, SVN Equities, Teachers Insurance, Travelers Insurance, and Vantage Companies.

These include the Invesco Building, Centerra, Arapahoe Park East, One and Two Greenwood Plaza, The Kellogg Building, East by Southeast, Office Plaza I, RMS Plaza, Syracuse Hill I, 181 Inverness, Highland Place I, 6-8-10 Inverness, Bank of Cherry Creek, Techport, Parkway Center, Orchard One, Erindale Retail, and Orchard Commons.
Prior to Transwestern, David worked for the Vantage Companies and Mile High Properties in Denver.
