TRANSWESTERN ROLE

As Managing Director and Market Leader, Bob directs the operations of the firm’s Phoenix office, identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for growth and collaborating with colleagues to anticipate the needs of the firm’s clients in the dynamic Phoenix market.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Bob brought more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience, leadership expertise and unparalleled relationships to his City Leader role. Prior to joining Transwestern, he was Senior Managing Director at Colliers, where he led a team of more than 120 brokers and staff in Phoenix and Scottsdale. Previously, he was President of Reliance Companies, a Phoenix-area office and industrial development and property management firm, and earlier held senior leadership roles at Ryan Companies and CBRE.

A committed, active member of the Phoenix community, Bob has volunteered his time for numerous organizations. He is a Trustee of his alma mater, Arizona State University, and currently serves as the president of the ASU Alumni Association Board of Directors. He is a founder and governing board chairman of Great Hearts Arizona, a leading provider of classical education to elementary, middle school and high school learners. Bob is also active in the Diocese of Phoenix, where he was past president of its finance council, and the Tepeyac Leadership Initiative, where he holds the position of national board president.
