TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Robert Knisley serves as a Managing Director and Market Leader heading up operations for Transwestern’s Denver office. He is focused on elevating and innovating client services, attracting new talent, building market presence, and strengthening business development for the firm and the team.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Robert brings more than 20 years of extensive commercial real estate experience to Transwestern, with a heavy focus on institutional landlord representation and project leasing in the Denver market. This knowledge base, coupled with his team-oriented mindset and deep ties to the community, equip him to build long-standing relationships with colleagues, owners, tenants, brokers and business leaders throughout Colorado.
 
Robert began his career at Fuller Real Estate, a boutique company with local roots, where he was a shareholder. Through a series of acquisitions, he gained experience in agency leasing, tenant advisory and asset services at several large global services firms. He most recently served as First Vice President at CBRE, overseeing an office portfolio of more than 15 million square feet.
 
While Robert is deeply involved in the Denver real estate market, he is also dedicated to serving the community. He coached lacrosse for several local youth teams, in addition to the Regis Jesuit High School team. When he’s not coaching, Robert volunteers with many of Denver’s local charities including I Have A Dream Foundation and the Mile High Weimaraner Rescue Foundation.

EDUCATION

A Colorado native, Robert attended the University of Denver, where he majored in finance marketing and economics, and played Division 1 lacrosse.
