Audra has eight years of brokerage operations and client services experience with Transwestern. With a strong foundation in administrative support and a keen eye for detail, she plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency and smooth operation of daily activities.  A collaborative team player, Audra supports the brokerage team by handling administrative complexities and facilitating communication across departments. Her proactive approach and problem-solving abilities contribute to a cohesive work environment and enable her to anticipate and address challenges effectively.

With a career spanning over fourteen years in the real estate industry, Audra has accumulated a wealth of experience in commercial and multi-family real estate. Before joining Transwestern in 2016, she spent nearly six years working for Lincoln Property Company, starting as a leasing agent and advancing to Assistant Property Manager. She excelled in tenant communication, maintenance oversight, vendor management, rent collection and financial reporting. Audra played a crucial role in maintaining operational efficiency, tenant satisfaction and property profitability during her time with Lincoln.

 

Before joining Lincoln Property Company, Audra honed her management skills as an Assistant Manager for Walgreens at multiple locations in the DFW Metroplex. During her tenure, she demonstrated proficiency in overseeing daily operations, optimizing customer service and ensuring operational efficiency within a dynamic retail environment.

 

Audras diverse background in multi-family residential and retail management has equipped her with a comprehensive skill set in property operations, tenant relations, financial management and market analysiscritical competencies that contribute to her success in the dynamic field of commercial real estate.

Audra earned her bachelors degree in retail, with a minor in business administration from Texas Tech University.
