Emily Nicoll serves at the City Leader for Transwestern’s Minneapolis office and is responsible for growing operations, elevating client services, attracting new talent and creating new business opportunities. With more than 20 years of experience, her expertise includes opportunity analysis and diagnosis, team assembly, strategy development and execution, and elevating and innovating client services. Emily cultivates lasting relationships with colleagues and clients alike, connecting through her practice of generous listening while maintaining a tenacious focus on authenticity and integrity. She is a member of Transwestern’s Executive Committee and Board of Directors.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
Prior to joining Transwestern, Emily was a Senior Vice President at CBRE in the Occupier Services Group, where she focused on providing strategic and transactional support for corporate tenants. This involved working with clients across their portfolios to identify and capture unique market opportunities and helping to proactively craft value-add solutions for their real estate needs. Emily represented high-profile clients such as Cargill, Dorsey & Whitney, Northwestern Mutual, WPP, and the YMCA of the North.
