TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Andrew provides tenant and landlord representation services for institutional, corporate, and private organizations throughout Northern Virginia, with a specialization in office, flex, and industrial properties.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Andrew joined Transwestern in 2015, and currently leases a portfolio of over 4.5 million-square-feet. His clients include Finmarc Management, The Peter Lawrence Companies, Klein Enterprises, Foulger-Pratt, Stockbridge, Rosenthal, HighBrook Investors, Pinkard Group, Black Chamber and Keane Enterprises. Last year, he completed 120 transactions totaling over 1.6 million-square-feet. Andrew has received the CoStar Power Broker Award the last three years (2019, 2020 & 2021). 
 
Prior to joining Transwestern in 2015, Andrew worked for the Corporate Executive Board (CEB) in Arlington, Virginia, as a business development specialist for CEB’s Large Enterprise Technology practice where he managed the Midwest territory.
