Zach Kitkowski

Zach serves as Senior Vice President of Transwestern Development Company where he is responsible for the property management functions of RDC, a North American Office and Industrial Development Platform.

Zach has over 13 years of experience in multi-state and international property management.  In addition to day to day management of industrial properties in the Midwest region, he is also involved all aspects of commercial real estate including acquisition, leasing, accounting, development, construction, financing, and disposition.

 

Zach joined Ridge Realty Group in 2001 which later became Ridge Property Trust in 2003 under a joint venture operating company with Prudential Real Estate Company. In March of 2014,  the Ridge Management Team and Transwestern Development formed Ridge Development Company.

Zach is an active member of the following organizations:

 

Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM)- CPM Candidate Member

Zach received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Wisconsin.
