TRANSWESTERN ROLE
Whit Kelly is active in office agency leasing in Fort Worth, directly responsible for more than 1.3 million square feet.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
Whit has been active in the commercial real estate industry for more than 35 years. Prior to joining Transwestern, he was Senior Vice President at Jones Lang LaSalle, where he provided oversight of the firm’s Fort Worth agency leasing business. He was directly responsible for the leasing efforts for more than one million square feet of space, and supported clients throughout the market with a complete range of leasing services.
Before JLL, Whit served as partner, operations manager and head of investor relations at Vintage Capital Partners, a private real estate equity firm. He also served as vice president of leasing for Crescent Real Estate Equities, with responsibilities including the leasing and oversight of more than five million square feet of office space in Arizona, California, Georgia, New Mexico, Texas and Washington DC.
PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATION / RECOGNITION
Whit serves as a board member and committee chairman for various local organizations, most recently including the Fort Worth Public Library Foundation and Junior Achievement. He has been recognized by the Dallas Business Journal as one of the outstanding real estate professionals in Dallas-Fort Worth. Whit is currently a finalist for D CEO’s 2021 Commercial Real Estate Awards for Deal of the Year – Oncor Electric Delivery’s lease in 777 Main, Fort Worth.

Whit received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington & Lee University.
