Vivian Snelling

As Property Manager, Vivian oversees a portfolio of nearly 700,000 square feet of office and industrial space throughout Orange County and Riverside County.  She is responsible for managing her properties within the parameters of the budgets and adhering to her clients’ long-term goals.  Her responsibilities include accounting, preparing annual budgets for all properties, bidding and overseeing capital projects and tenant improvements, conducting property inspections, managing the maintenance and appearance of each property, and keeping an open line of communication with her clients and tenants. 

Vivian joined Transwestern as an Administrative Associate in 2015, and through diligent efforts and dedication has risen to the role of Property Manager. She has a track record of dedication and commitment to her clients, tenants, and colleagues as well as a dedication to operational excellence at all of her properties. Prior to joining Transwestern, Vivian worked in property management of a four-story high-rise and shopping center in West Covina for nine years.

Vivian is a licensed real estate professional in the state of California. She holds an associate’s degree in behavioral and social sciences from Citrus College.
