Daniel Patterson

As vice president, Dan is responsible for overseeing the leasing and management of an office and industrial portfolio in Orange County and Los Angeles consisting of approximately 12.0 million square feet. Dan has over twenty-one years of experience in commercial real estate and is particularly strong in lease negotiation and client relations.

Prior to joining Transwestern, Dan was a senior leasing/property manager at RREEF/Deutsche Bank. Responsible for the management and leasing of a 2.6M square foot industrial portfolio in Southern California, Dan oversaw all operating and capital budgets, lease negotiations and client reporting. He also managed a team of operations managers, accountants and property assistants.

 

Dan previously served as a senior associate at Colliers International, where he specialized in the leasing and sale of industrial, manufacturing and warehousing facilities in the Orange County market. 

Dan is an active associate member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and a member of NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association.
