TRANSWESTERN ROLE
Marty has 20 years of experience in property management. He previously served as a senior real estate manager at CBRE, where he was part of a team overseeing management of 13 buildings totaling more than 2.1 million square feet in the Washington, D.C., metro. He's been involved in the successful repositioning of more than 500,000 square feet of office property. His clients have included KBS Realty Advisors, DWS, Principal Financial Group, REEFF, Cabot, Asset Capital, Crany & Smith, Advanced Realty Group, Military Benefits Association, Hart Advisors, Greenstreet Real Estate Partners, Franklin Street Properties, Royal Management & Development and Avion Owners Association.
