Tim Madigan

Tim serves as Senior Vice President of Safety and Security, overseeing all related aspects at Transwestern-managed properties in the Midwest region. In this role, he customizes a program of policies and procedures for each site, working hands-on to manage systems and personnel. Tim assists in identifying possible areas of concern and creates action steps necessary to rectify potential security issues. He also supports training opportunities such as tabletop exercises to better prepare the management team in the event of any security issue.

Tim has over 20 years of physical security contract experience. Prior to joining Transwestern in 2021, he worked as a Senior Vice President at SOS Security. He also was a Principal and Executive Vice President for Apex 3 and Premier Security. He has also overseen Human Resources operations for large security teams across multiple sites.

Tim earned a bachelor’s degree in law enforcement and justice administration from Western Illinois University.
