Biography
TRANSWESTERN ROLE
As a Managing Director co-leading Transwestern’s Transaction Sciences Group, Tom integrates real estate, finance, and analytics to deliver innovative solutions that help organizations address complex challenges at the intersection of culture, function, and economics. Tom advises clients on large, complex real estate transactions and on multi-property national portfolios across the office, industrial, advanced manufacturing, biobanking, laboratory, healthcare, and sports and entertainment sectors. He is a member of Transwestern’s Emerging Leaders Council and has co-led local and national initiatives for the Transwestern Young Professionals (TYP) Group.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
Over the course of his career, Tom has negotiated lease and purchase transactions across product types, representing clients globally and achieving more than $1B in total transaction value. His notable accomplishments include developing and executing a U.S. distribution strategy for an international data center supplier, restructuring multiple long-term headquarters leases for major metro Atlanta companies and executing a $100M industrial portfolio sale-leaseback.
