TRANSWESTERN ROLE

As Leader of the Northern Virginia Agency Leasing practice, Spencer provides strategic guidance and creative solutions that drive results for owners and tenants.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Prior to joining Transwestern, Spencer served as Senior Managing Director at MRP Realty, overseeing leasing and tenant services. Over the past three decades, he has held executive positions at Cushman & Wakefield and Trammell Crow Company, completing more than 14 million square feet of leasing transactions.
 
He is the only broker to win the Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Association (CREBA) of Greater Washington’s top leasing award five times and was the 2015 recipient of CREBA’s Brendan McCarthy Memorial Award.
