Scott Baumgarten

Before joining Transwestern in January 2018, Scott’s 15 years of experience have been focused on office leasing, value add investment sales, land sales and tenant representation allowing him to advise clients across a variety of real estate services. Data collection and analysis is Scott’s specialty and his ability to share critical market information with his clients to assist them in making intelligent business decisions is what drives him. His enthusiasm for serving his clients is matched by his ability to implement each asset’s strategic marketing campaign.

Scott earned his bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences in 2002 from the University of Arizona.
