Lisa Bovermann

Lisa Bovermann is a recognized leader in healthcare and life sciences real estate, serving as Senior Vice President within Transwestern’s Healthcare Advisory & Life Sciences Group. With nearly 20 years of experience in the industry, she brings strategic expertise and a holistic approach to delivering real estate solutions for institutional owners, healthcare providers, and life sciences developers across the Gulf Coast region and nationally.

Since joining Transwestern in 2017, Lisa has spearheaded agency leasing and tenant representation efforts for some of Houston’s most prominent medical and life sciences properties, including more than 1.3 million square feet in the Texas Medical Center. Her client portfolio includes nationally recognized healthcare systems, academic institutions, behavioral health operators, and innovative life sciences firms. She represents leading groups such as UT Physicians, UT Health, CLS Health, and others across a wide range of medical specialties.

Lisa is known for her deep market knowledge, forward-thinking strategies, and ability to deliver results in even the most complex transactions. Her dual expertise in landlord and occupier advisory services allows her to drive optimal outcomes tailored to the operational and clinical needs of her clients. She is currently at the forefront of leasing for transformative developments like Helix Park, where she advises on design, programming, and tenant mix to attract leading bioscience users.

A native Houstonian, Lisa, is also a mentor and active contributor to industry and community organizations and Transwestern’s internal programs. Her influence extends beyond Houston as she supports clients with national expansion strategies and continues to position the region as a rising hub for healthcare and life sciences innovation.

Prior to joining Transwestern, Lisa came from CBRE where she was responsible for over 2.4 million square feet of medical office space. She has completed numerous large transactions on the owner and occupier side with the following local and national clients; The Texas Medical System, UT Health Science Center of Houston, UT Physicians, HCA Healthcare, Memorial Hermann Health System, United Surgical Partners International, Howard Hughes Corporation, and i3 Interests.

Lisa is a licensed Texas Real Estate Salesperson and member of the Building Owners and Management Association, Commercial Real Estate Women, and National Charity Be the Match Houston.
 

Lisa received her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Troy University in Alabama.
