Ryan Baumgartner

Ryan serves as a Vice President within the Logistics Group of Transwestern Development Company and is based in Houston, Texas. He is responsible for sourcing and executing new industrial development opportunities across the Houston and Central Texas markets. His role includes the tasks of acquisitions, entitlement, design, construction, leasing and dispositions of ground up developments.

Ryan participated in the stabilization or sale of three industrial projects across the Houston market totaling 1.5 million square feet.

Ryan is currently developing two industrial projects in Houston totaling 2 million square feet.

 

Prior to joining Transwestern, Ryan worked for Matador Resources Company in Dallas, Texas where he led acquisition and divestiture valuations of oil and gas assets for Matador’s Texas Permian team.

Ryan received a Bachelor of Science degree from the Cockrell School of Engineering at The University of Texas at Austin and is a Master’s of Business Administration candidate at Rice University.
