TRANSWESTERN ROLE

John serves as a Construction Manager at Transwestern Development Company and is based in Houston. He assists with preconstruction budget development and is responsible for project management during the construction phase of projects.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

During his career, John has participated in the construction of 2 million square feet of office, industrial, multifamily, and educational spaces with more than $300 million in aggregate cost.
 
Prior to joining Transwestern, he was a Project Manager with D.E. Harvey Builders, where he oversaw and managed projects and project teams of various sizes. During his tenure with D.E. Harvey Builders, John completed a broad spectrum of GMP and Lump Sum Projects. John was involved with the construction and renovations of the 30-story BHP Billiton Tower, Tradition Woodway, a 24-story Senior Living Facility consisting of Independent and Assisted Living Units, BakerRipley Pasadena Campus Expansion, and the Bluebonnet Nutrition campus addition, a 150,000 sq ft facility for the production and storage of nutritional pills. John was also involved with multiple projects preconstruction efforts within Harvey Builders.
 
John is currently working on the Windsor Village Project, a mixed-use development consisting of 404 residential units and 22,000 sq ft of retail space in Austin.
