Biography
TRANSWESTERN ROLE
Jeff serves as Chief Investment Officer of Transwestern Development Company and is based in Houston. He oversees investor relations and joint ventures, guides the review of performance analytics and directs investment strategy to maximize returns for investors.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
During his career, Jeff has participated in more than $5.5 billion of real estate transactions in multifamily, office, industrial, hospitality and student housing. Jeff joined Transwestern in 2014 and since that time he has worked on the capitalization of more than $3.5 billion in development projects. This includes multifamily, industrial and office across twelve states and 20 cities.
Prior to joining Transwestern, he worked with Asset Plus Corp. where he directed investment activity for value-add acquisition and development opportunities in both multifamily and student housing. Jeff was also a managing director with HFF from 1997 to 2009 with a primary focus on debt and structured finance across all property types, along with a secondary focus on investment sales. During his tenure with HFF, Jeff completed more than $1.5 billion in transactions across multiple product types in different cities. Prior to HFF, Jeff worked at Bank of America as a Relationship Manager responsible for administrating retirement plans for several institutional pension fund clients including AT&T and Chevron.

EDUCATION
Jeff received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Baylor University.
