During his brief career, Robert has been responsible for modeling, underwriting, and creating the investment memos for $200 million of closed transactions. He has participated in the acquisition, development, and rehabilitation of over 30 million square feet of office, industrial, multifamily, hospitality, and educational assets. At each position, he has become an integral part of the team while bringing efficiency, organization, and his entrepreneurial drive to the group. He has a passion for real estate development, and it shows in how he carries himself and in how he approaches each day looking to learn.
Prior to joining Transwestern Development Company in 2022, Robert had been with Transwestern Services as an Analyst for the CRE Capital Markets team in the Miami, FL & Atlanta, GA offices since 2018. There, he was responsible for underwriting office, retail, industrial, and multifamily assets for investment potential as well as creating ARGUS models and reports for brokerage presentations, pitches, BOVs and active listings. Prior to joining the TW family, Robert served as an Investment Analyst for ESJ Capital Partners from 2015 to 2018. At ESJ, his primary role was to conduct market feasibility studies for and underwrite the ground-up development of charter school, retail, and multifamily assets. This was his first position in CRE following the completion of his master’s degree program in Real Estate Development.
