Adam Goss

Adam Goss is a Senior Analyst with Transwestern Ventures based in Houston, Texas. In his role, Adam is responsible for the sourcing, financial evaluation, and acquisition of target opportunities across all property sectors throughout the nation. As the opportunistic investment arm of the Transwestern companies, Ventures works synergistically with the firm’s service, development, and investment management businesses, bringing capital, financial engineering and operational expertise to undervalued or undermanaged properties, enterprises and unique investment opportunities.

Adam joined Transwestern in 2023 after serving as an Associate on Newmark’s National Healthcare & Life Science Capital Markets Group, specializing in the sale of, and equity placement for, medical office and life science buildings, physician and hospital monetization, and re-capitalizations and joint venture equity processes. While at Newmark, Adam contributed to the disposition and/or debt and equity placement of numerous MOBs across the United States valued at over $1.2B and totaling approximately 3 million SF. Prior to Newmark, Adam spent five years at Holliday Fenoglio & Fowler (“HFF”) and Jones Lang LaSalle (“JLL”) where he was responsible for the underwriting of current and potential listings, as well as the preparation and coordination of offering materials and the marketing process. While at HFF + JLL, Adam was involved in the disposition of assets valued at over $1B and totaling almost 5.5 million square feet.

Adam received his Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Villanova University in Philadelphia, PA. During his time at Villanova, he was a four-year member of the varsity baseball team.
