Reggie Blomeley

Assistant Property Manager Reggie Blomeley focuses on daily operations for 342,276 square feet of retail and office properties in Northern Virginia. He monitors building maintenance, construction and improvement projects; coordinates all vendor contract services; reconciles accounts receivable and payable; assists in the preparation of annual budgets and monthly investor reports; and maintains detailed lease files, rent rolls and financial statements.

Before joining Transwestern in 2010, Reggie served as an accountant for West*Group, where he handled all accounts payable functions including printing checks and performed construction accounting for new buildings and tenant buildouts.
