Ray Beaudet

Ray serves as the Senior Project Manager of Construction for the Asset Services Team in Houston, TX.

Ray began his career with Transwestern in 2018. He has over 20 years of extensive experience in commercial construction management, estimating and sales.  Previously, he was Vice President of Operations for a Specialty Commercial Contractor before transitioning to Transwestern. 
 

Ray assists in managing/coordinating of Capital and Tenant Improvement construction projects as part of the Asset Services team. His responsibilities include but not limited to budgeting, construction document review, bid procurement, project scheduling and quality control. He assisted in the development and implementation of new safety protocols and construction standards for the Four Oaks Complex that was then managed by Transwestern.

Ray received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Agricultural Engineering from Texas A&M University. He holds a certification in Leadership Forum from Associated Builders and Contractors.
