TRANSWESTERN ROLE

As Senior Director, Investment Sales, Ralph provides investment advisory services to clients throughout the Southeast. Primarily focused on Class A property types, Ralph leverages deep local knowledge, broad capital markets relationships and Transwestern’s industry-leading analytics platform to customize investment strategies that maximize ROI.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

For over two decades, Ralph has provided his clients with expert investment advisory for single assets and portfolios. His esteemed client list includes AIG, Brookdale, Barings, Dilweg Companies, Highwoods Properties, Rubenstein Partners, State Street and Torchlight Investors.
 
Ralph has been involved in many notable transactions during his career, including:
  • $247.5 million sale of Perimeter Summit in Atlanta
  • $145 million sale of CNN Center in Atlanta
  • $135 million sale of Stonebridge 1, 2 & 3 in Atlanta
  • $260 million sale of Midtown I & II in Atlanta
  • $167 million sale of 3344 Peachtree (Condo Interest) in Atlanta
  • $137 million sale of Promenade II in Atlanta
Prior to joining Transwestern, Ralph was a managing director at HFF and JLL. He was previously a director in Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets Group and a member of the firm’s Valuation Advisory Services Group.

EDUCATION

Ralph holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wake Forest University.
