ATLANTA – Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces Ralph Smalley has joined the firm as Senior Managing Director of Investment Sales. Based in Atlanta, Smalley is responsible for expanding Transwestern’s capital markets capabilities in the Southeast, primarily focusing on Class A assets of all product types.

Smalley brings more than 26 years of commercial real estate experience to his Transwestern role, previously holding director and managing director positions at Cushman & Wakefield, HFF and JLL. He has completed over $2.5 billion in investment sales and capitalization transactions for a vast array of national clients.

Smalley received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wake Forest University.
