Biography
TRANSWESTERN ROLE
Gary provides financial, operational and marketing analyses of investment sales and financing transactions. He is responsible for the cash flow projections and financial modeling, including lease briefs, review and forecasting of operating expenses and related recoveries, and the calculation of investment returns. In addition, Gary provides financial expertise on complex leasing, sales, and development transactions and projects. Gary is also the regional financial officer for the Transwestern Gulf Coast and Mountain Regions.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
Gary has 20 years of commercial real estate experience. He has been instrumental in the development of analytical tools to forecast construction costs and investor returns for Transwestern development projects. His client service activities have included compliance assurance of owners’ policies and reporting requirements, lease and property valuations, and the successful resolution of tenant escalation audits for numerous owners. Prior to joining Transwestern, Gary provided strategic planning and consulting services to owners of real estate, and he has served as a controller of a real estate investment and brokerage firm.

- Gary has authored several articles in the Journal of Property Management.
EDUCATION
Gary received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting from The University of Texas in Austin. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a licensed real estate agent in the State of Texas.
