TRANSWESTERN ROLE

As a 35-year veteran of the Washington metro area commercial real estate industry, Peter offers clients in-depth knowledge of the market and a unique perspective through his extensive experience representing both occupiers and landlords of office space.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Peter has completed over 1,000 transactions valued at more than $1 billion. He has been fortunate to serve many long-time occupier and institutional owner clients.
 
His occupier clients have included: American Automobile Association, North American Securities Administrators Association, CF Industries, International Liquid Terminals Association, International Economic Development Council, Freedom Partners, Koch Industries, National Association of Insurance Commissioners and The Bill of Rights Institute.
 
His landlord clients have included: Boston Properties, The Tower Companies, Blackrock, AEW, Simon Properties, Dweck Properties and Prudential Insurance.
