TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Kyle Poulson specializes in all aspects of commercial real estate in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and the United States. He has served on Transwestern's Fort Worth Executive Committee sin ce 2002.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Kyle has negotiated more than 800 commercial real estate transactions since 1994, with a total consideration of more than $1.2 billion.
 
His areas of specialization include: Tenant Representation, including analysis of lease structure, tenant finish, operating expenses and lease cost analysis; Investment Acquisitions; and Office Building Sales, includin g analysis of office building proformas.

PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATION / RECOGNITION

Kyle serves as a board member and coach for various local organizations such as Make-a-Wish® Fort Worth, All Saints Episcopal School, Westside Little League, Optimist Club of Arlington, YMCA/ Westside, and Origin Bank.

EDUCATION

Kyle received a bachelor's degree in Speech Communication and Business Marketing from Texas C hristian University in Fort Worth.
