Biography

TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Paula works as a part of the Houston office leasing team and is responsible for the marketing, research, and leasing efforts for the buildings she represents. Paula’s role includes identifying competing properties and prospective tenants, as well as negotiating lease agreements and securing new assignments.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Paula joined Transwestern in summer 2015 and assists in all facets of office leasing, with a specific focus on Landlord representation. Paula specifically works with Michelle Wogan, Executive Vice President - Office Division and currently leases and markets approximately 4.5 million square feet of office space all over the Houston area.

PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATION / RECOGNITION

Paula has a Texas Real Estate License and is involved in NAIOP, CREMM, and CREW. Paula is the co-president of Transwestern Young Professionals, received a CREW Leadership Summit Scholarship in 2017, received the Transwestern Impact Award in 2017, received the Transwestern Rising Star Award in 2019 and the Transwestern National Recognition Presidents Award in 2019. Paula assisted Michelle Wogan and Transwestern to raise over $73K for The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020.

EDUCATION

Paula earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship and Finance, Magna Cum Laude, from C.T. Bauer College of Business, University of Houston, Texas.
