Since joining Transwestern, Nathan has specialized in tenant representation, advising corporations on their commercial real estate strategies in Chicago, its surrounding areas, and throughout the United States. His meticulous approach to understanding corporate operations allows him to develop creative real estate solutions that optimize clients' space requirements, meet corporate objectives, and surpass financial benchmarks.
Prior to joining Transwestern Chicago, Nathan lived in New York where he was VP of Sales and Business Development for a prominent media company. In this role, he focused on developing long-term relationships and a deep understanding of clients' needs in order to build marketing campaigns.
