Nathan Goetz

Nathan serves as Vice-President of Construction for Transwestern Development Company and is based in Dallas, Texas. He is responsible for day-to-day management of design and construction of all logistics projects in the state of Texas.

Since joining Transwestern, Nathan has participated in the development of four industrial parks which includes ten total buildings totaling over 3,000,000-sq ft.  As part of these developments, Nathan and the development teams were responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project from feasibility studies, land purchase, design, entitlement, permitting, value engineering, bidding, cost control and construction management.

 

Prior to joining Transwestern, he worked with JE Dunn Construction (2006-2008) and Adolfson & Peterson Construction (2008-2022) in the Dallas TX market.  During this time, he managed over $500,000,000 of projects including single project construction values of up to $120,000,000.

Nathan received a Bachelor of Science degree, Construction Science and Management from Kansas State University (class of May 2006).
