TRANSWESTERN ROLE

As an Executive Vice President at Transwestern, Michael helps to lead the Mid-Atlantic Tenant Advisory + Workplace Solutions group.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Michael began his commercial real estate career over 20 years ago.
 
In 2010, after numerous years within the commercial real estate industry, his irrepressible entrepreneurial spirit inspired him to establish MGA. Through the founding of MGA, Michael reaffirmed his strong commitment to providing clients with the highest level of personalized attention and true business consulting services. Michael brings with him a proven track record of excellence and success, as well as a very well-earned reputation for professionalism, integrity, service, and commitment to his clients’ needs. Michael’s client list and testimonials attest to his outstanding professional and personal attributes.
 
Prior to creating MGA, Michael worked as a director in Newmark Knight Frank’s Washington, DC office where he represented tenants across the United States. He also spent the first several years of his career as an associate vice president at The Ezra Company in Washington, DC. While at Ezra, Michael helped to redesign the company’s Proposal of Services and assisted in the implementation of a new training and mentoring program.
 
Michael’s notable clients include: Share Our Strength-No Kid Hungry, Paralyzed Veterans of America (PVA), Environmental Defense Fund (EDF), Technomics, KIPP DC, Carnegie Institution for Science, Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA), and a handful of other outstanding nonprofits and organizations relationships. 

EDUCATION

Michael graduated from The George Washington University (GWU) where he earned a bachelor of science degree in business administration, with a concentration in the individualized field of study of entrepreneurship and small business management.
 
In addition to his prowess as a student, Michael received an athletic scholarship to play soccer at and was captain of the GWU men's soccer team for four years.
