Melissa Cushma

As the Senior Project Manager, Melissa oversees the successful execution of all construction projects within the Southeast region. She leads a team of project managers and collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with client requirements and industry standards.

Melissas experience includes a diverse range of interior commercial projects for law firms, corporations, and non-profit organizations. For each project, she managed all facets of management, which includes budget, schedule, procurement, quality and risk, throughout the planning, design, construction, occupancy and close-out phases. She has led multiple complex projects from concept to completion and ensured a smooth transition into operations.
