TRANSWESTERN ROLE

As the Senior Managing Director of Project Management, Sybil oversees the successful execution of all construction projects within the Mid-Atlantic region. She leads a team of project managers and collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with client requirements and industry standards.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Sybil’s experience includes a diverse range of interior commercial projects for law firms, corporations and non-profit organizations. For each project, she managed all facets of management, which includes budget, schedule, procurement, quality and risk, throughout the planning, design, construction, occupancy and close-out phases. She has led multiple complex projects from concept to completion and ensured a smooth transition into operations.
 
Before joining Transwestern, Sybil managed the design, construction and relocation of Williams & Connolly LLP to a new, 288,000-square-foot trophy office building. She spent seven years at CBRE and 10 years at Rand Construction as a Project Management Director charged with maximizing strategic outcomes while minimizing risk for over 260 tenant interior projects.

EDUCATION

Sybil received a bachelor’s degree in commerce and master’s in management information systems from the University of Virginia.
