TRANSWESTERN ROLE

Marc Schwartz is a Senior Project Manager and the Director of Workplace Services at the Transwestern Chicago office. Marc is responsible for managing all aspects of projects, including pre-construction and construction services. In his role as Director of Workplace Strategy, Marc offers a mix of strategic and consultative services in support of TW Chicago’s tenant advisory, project services, asset management, and leasing clients with a focus on the wide-ranging and ever-evolving needs of workplace planning and optimization.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Marc has more than 35 years of experience in the industry. Marc’s prior experience includes both design leadership and project management services for clients across a wide range of industries and locations. His efforts focused on client and project management, internal operations management, oversight of operations and productivity, sales, marketing, and staff development. Marc has designed and implemented over 25 million sf of projects, encompassing everything from general corporate office space to major corporate headquarters for clients ranging from Fortune 100 firms and industrial to the government and defense industries and pharmaceutical and R&D companies. Some of Marc’s recent clients have included First Midwest Bank (76,000 sf), Medline Industries (700,000 sf), Coyote Logistics (71,000 sf), and MoLo Solutions (90,000 SF).

Marc is a graduate of the University of Illinois, where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Architectural Studies.
