TRANSWESTERN ROLE
As principal of project management, Marc Allen offers nearly two decades of project management experience with an emphasis on strategy, workplace trends, change management, technology planning/implementation, team building, open communication, accountability, responsiveness and value production. He utilizes this skill set across a wide array of projects, including facilities for educational, showroom, retail, office, distribution and industrial use, and major renovations. Marc typically faces challenges such as demanding budgets, fast-track schedules and cultural evolution and complex logistics which require innovative problem-solving techniques.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
As Marcs knowledge, skill and reputation have evolved, so has demand for his services. Most recently he has had success managing projects for Lockton, Netherland Sewell, Susan G. Komen for the Cure and Softlayer, with emphasis on change management, complex strategies, managing rapid schedules, value engineering, balancing constructability with design intentions and reducing schedule durations.
