TRANSWESTERN ROLE

David's experience in development, project management, construction, brokerage, acquisition and disposition, facility management, and architecture extends across the commercial, healthcare, life sciences, industrial/manufacturing, sports & entertainment, education, faith based, and residential sectors. At the Transwestern Chicago office, David leads a team of project managers and project executives to support our diverse clientele, which includes businesses from life sciences, healthcare, industrial/manufacturing, commercial, education, and other industries. His expertise includes all aspects of ground-up development, adaptive reuse, and interior construction.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

During his 40-year career in real estate, David has completed more than $1.8 billion worth of development, redevelopment, tenant improvement, and acquisition and disposition projects. David and his team have been responsible for developing more than $4 million worth of hospitals, medical office buildings, and ambulatory care facilities. Under David's direction, the team actively develops industrial and agricultural warehouse, processing and distribution centers in multiple states. Some of David's recent projects include Astellas (420,000 sf headquarters), Medline Industries (700,000 sf office and call center space, and over one million sf of data processing), Coyote Logistics (300,000 sf), and the University of Chicago Ambulatory Care Center (120,000 sf).

David earned a Bachelor of Architectural Design from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a Bachelor of Environmental Design in Architecture from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
