TRANSWESTERN ROLE
Lydia is responsible for coordinating the transaction process from listing to closing, ensuring accurate and timely documentation while facilitating communication among all parties involved. Her role involves conducting market research and analysis to support brokerage activities and developing marketing strategies to promote properties. Through collaboration with the team and other departments, she contributes to seamless operations and the overall success of Transwestern.
CAREER HIGHLIGHTS
Before joining Transwestern , Lydia worked in accounting and finance for a public accounting firm in Arlington, TX, specializing in corporate taxation, monthly financial preparation and audit assistance by providing essential support and expertise.
EDUCATION
Lydia earned her bachelors degree in business administration in accounting from Hardin Simmons University, where she was a four-year letterman in softball. She earned Academic All-District honors and was named to the All-Region and All-ASC teams.
